Senior partner Jim Atkins has over 37 years experience of successfully selling property in the area, together with his exceptionally experienced team of staff are able to offer unrivalled local knowledge. Having been Chairman of the Bournemouth and District Association of Estate Agents and a past President of the National Association of Estate Agents, Jim Atkins is a respected figure within the profession whose opinion on property related matters is frequently sort and valued by the public, fellow professionals and the media.

Team is the largest network of independent estate agents in the UK with 33 member agents locally and 550 nationally, exclusively offering multi-listing of all available properties. In 1998 Atkins joined the Team network in order to provide vendors with a local, national, and international marketplace for their property, while still retaining 100% control as an independent estate agent.
